Bladder leaks uncontrollably...

I was so very disappointed. My Son bought me this pack for Christmas (Dec 2023) as I had reserved a hiking trip to the LeConte Lodge in Gatlinburg in July 2024 (Last Week). I cleaned the bladder in prep for my hike. Filled the bladder and placed in the pack. Got to the trail head only to find the bladder was leaking badly. The top was screwed on correctly, however the bladder was still leaking. Luckily, I had bought two waters for the side pouches. I had to leave the bladder behind for an overnight hike. So very disappointed. The pack itself is great, however, the bladder is cheaply made and is of poor quality. Now, I'm out a pack that was bought for the sole purpose of having a water bladder. How can you retain me as a customer EVERFUN? Please have someone from Customer Service / Quality control contact me.
